Terms and conditions

1. Formation of Contract: By placing or accepting any order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions. Any additional terms proposed by the buyer are rejected by Stickyworx. The terms and conditions in this agreement supersede all previous agreements. The agreement can only be modified in writing and any waiver of terms must be in writing.

2. General: This agreement covers both products and services.

3. Price: Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed upon order. Prices are exclusive of state and federal taxes and quoted in euros unless otherwise specified.

4. Taxes: The buyer agrees to pay all applicable sales, use, personal property, excise taxes or any other taxes imposed on the sale.

5. Packing and Shipping for Refinishing: The buyer is responsible for carefully packaging and insuring shipments for refinishing. Stickyworx is not liable for lost or damaged parts during transit.

6. Incoming Inspection and Order Acceptance: After receiving parts for refinishing, Stickyworx will provide an order acknowledgement containing prices. If there is any damage, Stickyworx will notify the buyer and present repair or replacement options and cost before proceeding. The buyer must review and contact Stickyworx with any issues. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Damage Liability: Stickyworx is not liable for accidental damage to brittle parts during handling and cleaning. If there is any damage, Stickyworx will repair the part if possible. If not, Stickyworx will return the part unfinished without charge.

8. payment: We offer banktransfer, paypal request is posible at an addition of 4%

9. Stickyworx is not liable for the non-functioning of electronic components as these must be disassembled before shipping and cannot be tested for functionality.

10. Ownership: The owner shall remain the sole owner of the products at all times, including in cases of theft,fire, ore other damage. the owner is responsible for insuring the products against such risks.

11. Ownership Transfer and Liability: The buyer assumes ownership as soon as the carrier accepts the package. Stickyworx is not liable for loss or damage during transit. Insurance must be requested in writing.

12. Shipping: Stickyworx ships worldwide and processes orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. Stickyworx is not responsible for customary import fees charged by countries outside of the Netherlands. All delivery times stated by Stickyworx are indicative only and do not constitute a strict deadline unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

13. Out-of-Stock Products: Stickyworx will inform the buyer of any out-of-stock products and will ship the product as it becomes available.

14. Warranty: Stickyworx warrants products for 90 days from delivery.

15. Copyright and Trademarks: Stickyworx owns the sole property and rights to all materials on the website. No materials may be copied or distributed without Stickyworx's written permission.

16. Typographical Errors: Stickyworx reserves the right to cancel any orders placed due to a typographical error in the product listing.

17. Privacy policy: Stickyworx collects and uses personal data sush as contact details, billing and shipping information, order data, and technical data ( including ip address and cookies) solely for the purpose of providing service, processing orders, communication, invoicing and website improvement. Personal data may be shared with third parties only where necessary, such as shipping carriers, payment providers and accountants. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is retained only as long as required for the purposes described or as required by law. Appropirate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect personal data. Customers have the right to access, correct or request deletion of there personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Stickyworx reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time.
